Looks at the overall structure, clarity, and consistency of your work.

Includes a comprehensive report on the text that identifies its strengths and weakness. This report also gives detailed suggestions for improvement, including a summary, chapter-by-chapter suggestions (if applicable), and suggestions for restructuring if needed.
CONTENT EDITING

Corrects spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, word usage, etc. while preserving the meaning and voice of the original text.

Aligns the text to the correct style (Chicago, MLA, or APA) required by a publisher, OR creates a style sheet as a reference for the self-publishing author.

Evaluates basic formatting consistency such as tables, figures, and other images. Does not insert or create formatting.

Checks overall typesetting consistency such as headings, page numbers, table of contents, image or illustration numbers, footnotes or endnotes, font consistency, margins, inserts, widows and orphans, indentation, etc.
